Get ready to

• Lead and evolve the visual and functional direction of our web experience, ensuring it aligns with both user needs and business goals
• Take full ownership of web design initiativesfrom discovery to deliverydriving innovative and scalable design solutions
• Translate complex product metrics, user research, and behavioral data into strategic design decisions and actionable experiments
• Partner closely with our CRO, Product, and Marketing teams to ideate, test, and optimize high-impact experiences 
• Contribute to and help maintain a cohesive design system and ensure design consistency across platforms
• Enjoy a high level of autonomy in your daily work while influencing the broader digital experience strategy

We expect you to

• Have 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or digital product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality web and responsive design work
• Be highly proficient in Figma (required); familiarity with tools like Webflow, Adobe CC suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is a strong plus
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of visual hierarchy, interaction design, typography, and design accessibility best practices
• Be confident in leading design discussions, clearly articulating rationale behind decisions to cross-functional stakeholders
• Show strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and a data-informed mindset
• Be comfortable working in agile environments, balancing speed with quality
• Understand the full spectrum of the design processfrom discovery and prototyping to testing and hand-off
• Have experience collaborating with engineering, marketing, and product teams in a fast-paced setting
• Demonstrate fluency in Lithuanian and English

Salary

Gross salary range is 3100-5500 EUR/month.

Location

Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
