Darbo pobūdis

What Will You Do?

Plan, create, and execute multi-channel Retention campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, other) for both casino and sports products;
Own the customer lifecycle - from welcome to win-back - ensuring players stay engaged;
Segment audiences and personalise communications based on player behaviour and preferences;
Collaborate with design, product, content, and analytics teams to deliver timely and relevant campaigns;
Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for optimisation;
Contribute ideas for promotions, bonuses, and customer reward strategies;
Ensure all CRM communication is aligned with brand tone and complies with regulations (e.g. UKGC, GDPR);
Stay on top of iGaming trends and competitor activity.

Youll Be Successful If:

You have experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing;
You understand segmentation and personalisation to tailor journeys based on customer behaviour;
You're creative, proactive, and focused on enhancing customer experience across UK and Finland markets;
You're data-driven with strong analytical skills;
You possess strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel);
Youre organised, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple projects at once;
Youre fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus!);
Youre a team player, but also confident working independently.
