An international company with operations across the Baltic and Nordic regions is looking for an experienced Finance Director to lead its finance function. This is a strategic and operational role suited for a finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. As Finance Director, youll be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring effective accounting operations, compliance, reporting, and providing key insights to support decision-making across a multi-entity structure.

What Youll Do

Lead the development and execution of the companys financial strategy across multiple countries.
Oversee financial operations, planning, forecasting, and budget management for several legal entities.
Ensure strong internal financial controls, compliance, reporting, and risk management.
Supervise daily accounting activities and optimize core finance processes.
Optimize cash flow, working capital, and financial structures to enable business growth.
Prepare consolidated financial reports and performance analysis for senior leadership.
Manage financial risk, provide data-driven insights and clear financial advice to business leaders.
Lead and develop the regional finance team to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement by enhancing financial systems, automation, and process efficiency.

What Were Looking For

5+ years of experience in accounting or finance leadership roles, ideally in an international or group setting.
Strong leadership skills combined with a hands-on and detail-oriented approach.
Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, performance analysis, and regulatory compliance.
Analytical, proactive, supportive, and able to balance strategic thinking with daily execution.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial data in a simple way.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus).
Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
