We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented CEO to help transform our company into the region's most modern and data-driven service network where technology, streamlined processes, and data-driven decisions create real value for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations of the transport service network across Lithuania and EU countries.
- Implement company expansion plans, ensuring competitiveness and driving profitability.
- Identify and execute innovative operational solutions, effectively leading organizational change.
- Lead digitization efforts and implement process standardization and centralization initiatives across the group.
- Build, motivate, and develop a strong and effective leadership team.
- Analyze financial performance, KPIs, data, and profitability metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to shareholders and the board.

Requirements:
- University degree preferably in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance or another related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in managing a company; experience in the service, logistics, or manufacturing sectors is preferred;
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, change management, and process optimization, with hands-on experience driving measurable operational improvements;
- Analytical and forward-thinking, with a strong inclination toward continuous improvement, strategic change, negotiation and data-driven decision-making;
- Experience with ERP / CRM systems;
- Strong interest in emerging technologies, AI, automation. Experience implementing IT solutions for enterprise management is a strong advantage;
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English (both written and spoken).
