YOUR TASKS:

• Supporting Sales team and Printing shop by managing daily orders;
• Working with Procurement team related tasks and projects;
• Communication and negotiation with customers and suppliers;
• Creation of quotations and invoices;
• Control products shipping to customers;
• Perform other duties as assigned;
• Idea for candidates aiming to grow into a Procurement Manager position.
  

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Experience in Customer Support or Procurement management field;
• University (or equivalent) degree;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience in working with ERP system;
• Good English language skills (spoken and written);
• Customer - oriented communication skills;
• Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy and results - driven focus;
• Ability to work within an international team.
