In this role you will be responsible for

Implementation of Brand Social Media strategy and development of a local approach strategy in accordance with local market and Join Up! brand.
Monitoring market trends and overview competitors activities.
Development and implementation of branded rubrics (columns) for social networks.
Preparation of daily posts and stories for social networks according to communication plan on the market.
Creation of situational content, making videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok across the Baltics.
Conducting live broadcasts on social networks.
Preparation of creative projects and actively support on companys events.
Conduct the reports and provide analytical insight for development of Join UP! Baltic social media channels and improvement of the results.
Communicating with influencers and UGC creators.
Community management in META and Google.

Professional experience and skills

Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years.
University degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field.
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
Active monitoring of local trends in social networks in the Baltics, successful implementation cases.
Skills in developing content plans, knowledge of creative techniques, and understanding the principles of content marketing.
Basic knowledge of advertising legislation aspects.
Skills of communicating with the audience on social networks according to companys tone of voice.
Upper Intermediate English language along with perfect knowledge of the local language.
Knowledge of functionality and algorithms of social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube etc.
Video making skills.
Graphic design making skills: Canva, Chat GPT.
Basic knowledge of the functionality of the META Ads Manager.
