Job description
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight to R&D division with more than 200 people, ensuring alignment with the companys long-term vision and goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads, fostering a high-performance culture oriented on accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
- Oversee the successful delivery of product development initiatives, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to optimize workflows, enhance products quality, and drive operational efficiency.
- Lead all R&D activities, including resource planning, division budgeting, project/product delivery, and ensuring continuous process improvement.
- Make strategic decisions to maximize the divisions performance and long-term impact.
Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience (minimum 5 years) managing technical organizations, with direct responsibility for leading managers.
- Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and develop leaders and teams to consistently meet and exceed ambitious goals.
- Solid technical expertise in hardware product development, programming or testing previous hands-on experience is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, project management and process optimization skills.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with managers and technical individuals and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English (written and oral) at a minimum C1 level.
- An Advanced degree in a relevant technical field is strongly preferred.
- Courage to implement necessary changes.
