What you'll do:

Work with large datasets, cleaning and improving data quality. Increase the efficiency of the reporting and implement new ideas for further development
Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports. Develop visualizations, identify trends and summarize key insights to support business decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights for management
Ensure analysis of market and competition development, brand perception and customer satisfaction of Lidl and competitors

About you:

At least 2 years experience in a similar position and/or experience in data analytics
Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools such as Power Query, SQL, Python and similar
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, combine large sets of data, as well develop visualizations with a keen eye for details and accuracy
Very good English language skills (at least B2 level)
Goal-orientated, easily adapt to changes and fast-paced environment, as well as self-confident
