Job description

  • Lead brand and social responsibility projects to increase visibility and customer engagement.
  • Develop and integrate updated brands, ensuring consistency and synergy.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies and sales campaigns for consumer loans across all channels.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research; analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Track campaign performance, sales results, and KPIs, and report insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, product owners, and external partners to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Ensure projects comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, communications, brand management, business administration, or related field (advantageous).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in brand project management (experience with large brands or financial services is a plus). 3 years of experience in consumer loans, credit, leasing, or financial services.
  • Knowledge of strategic marketing, brand strategy, customer journey, and external communication channels (ATL, BTL, digital, social media).
  • Strong analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills; results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across stakeholder levels.
  • English proficiency (B2 or higher); MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
