VALIDATION ENGINEER (Pabrade)

We offer to join the validation team in Pabrade. This role will require the coordination and execution of validation activities for equipment/systems and methods to ensure they are fit for intended use and comply with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage validation plans and projects.
Form a team of representatives from other departments to support an individual project.
Identify acceptance criteria and develop test plans.
Prepare validation protocols: IQ, OQ and PQ, write Final Reports.
Execute validation protocols to verify that the equipment/system and method are fit for purpose.
Develop and implement solutions to validation issues.
Conduct periodic reviews and post-change reviews.

Essential Skills:

Bachelor's degree (engineering/physics/chemistry or another relevant field). If you are interested, but do not have required degree, you may apply anyway to discuss other possibilities.
Good oral and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
Computer knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio.
Problem solving skills with a hands-on approach.
Good accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work both as part of a team and independently, and function effectively across interrelated departments.
