You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Coordinating M&A transactions and investment execution
• Building and maintaining comprehensive valuation models, as well as various financial and commercial models to evaluate investment opportunities, divestments, and support strategic decisions
• Leading due diligence of investment opportunities, review and ensure quality of transaction deliverables
• Preparing and presenting investment-related materials to stakeholders and decision-makers
• Participating in or leading negotiations of M&A transaction documents
• Collaborating proactively with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., legal, technical, commercial) and external counterparties
• Providing ad-hoc input and analysis to senior management on strategic decisions, long-term planning, and business opportunities
• Monitoring energy market trends in collaboration with other teams and providing relevant analysis on their impact on the operating portfolio and long-term business performance
• Organizing tenders for professional services (e.g., advisors for due diligence)

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, Mathematics, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, advisory, private equity, or a related field
• Proven track record in financial modelling and valuations
• High level of accountability, clear and independent thinking, attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills
• Self-starter with solid project management experience
• Proficient in presenting complex information in a clear and simple manner and comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate with a variety of teams (legal, technical, treasury, etc.)
• Excellent English language skills

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in negotiating M&A transaction documents
• CFA, ACCA, or a similar qualification
