Job description
- Receiving, analyzing, and resolving incoming incidents (1st and 2nd level support)
- Troubleshooting via phone and remote access
- Forwarding tickets to support areas in other departments
- Logging incidents in the BMC ticket system
- Initiating and managing user requests across various systems
- Creating and maintaining internal and external documentation and manuals
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the customer (KPIs)
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in an IT Support/HelpDesk role or a relevant IT qualification
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft (MS) environments
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems
- Understanding of ITIL processes
- Business-fluent German (B2/C1)
