You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Leading and inspiring a team of leaders within the Remote channels unit, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive remote channels strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances customer engagement
• Performing effective people management, including hiring, goal setting, conducting one-to-ones, performance reviews, coaching, and supporting career development for team members
• Collaborating with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs, aligning priorities, and ensuring seamless integration of remote communication solutions
• Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Establishing strong partnerships with external partners and key stakeholders to ensure synergy and alignment between all parts
• Evaluating and adopting AI technologies to enhance communication capabilities and customer satisfaction
