What you'll do:

Take ownership of all recruitment steps by sourcing, screening, shortlisting and hiring candidates for various positions
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on personnel selection
Work closely with colleagues from other Lidl countries, sharing best practices and contributing to cross-country recruitment projects
Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain recruitment data in the SuccessFactors system
Assist in employer branding activities and content creation to attract top talents
Collaborate with external partners and agencies, if needed

About you:

Higher education
Minimum 1 year of experience executing full-cycle recruitment and selection processes
Fluency in Lithuanian and very good English (B2 or higher level)
Excellent communication and organization skills
Good MS Office or Google Workspace skills
High sense of responsibility and a desire to achieve results both individually and within a team
