Proficient computer skills;

Your responsibilities

We are looking for an Operations Support Operator to help us improve financial inclusion in Africa. As Operations Support Operator you will be part of a team tasked with providing our customers the highest quality of service available from a payment service provider.

Daily system monitoring;
Handling routine traffic/incidents;
Ensuring smooth communication with African Telcos;
Internal and external escalations;
Providing support for customers;
Performing reconciliation tasks;
Handling merchant wallet balance management tasks;
Participating in product development.
