KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collecting, monitoring, preparing & updating information on various ongoing projects and new initiatives
- Preparation of presentations and other marketing materials for ongoing projects and new initiatives
- Market research and project research into various aspects of projects
- Managing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
- Preparing and updating project rent rolls
- Collaborating with marketing agencies to develop and execute project branding, website launches, social media accounts, press releases and promotional campaigns
- Assisting CFO and accounting department in securing project financing from banks and other financial institutions: compiling, preparing, and submitting comprehensive loan application packages and financial documentation required by lenders; coordinating end-to-end mortgage and property pledge processes, liaising with banks, notaries, and public registries
- Coordinating DD process, including collecting and submitting required documentation, managing Virtual Data Rooms (VDR) for project sales
- Handling project related KYC and compliance procedures
- Review and drafting of standard project related legal documents (service agreements, NDA, LOI, MOU etc.)
WHAT COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR:
- Proven experience: 3+ years of experience as Project Manager, Project Coordinator or in a similar role (experience in Real Estate is a major advantage)
- Language skills: Fluency in Lithuanian and excellent written and spoken English (as you will be working in an international English environment)
- Financial & Legal Literacy: Basic understanding of corporate finance, bank lending processes, and legal documentation
- PC Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Analytical & Research Skills: ability to conduct simple market research, analyze data, and maintain accurate project metrics
- Soft skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, strict attention to detail, high confidentiality, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactivity: A proactive problem-solver who can work independently and handle multitasking efficiently
