Requirements for candidates:

University Graduate (can be last year student);
2-3 preferred experience in a similar job;
Excellent knowledge of English - verbal and written;
Polish language (would be an advantage);
Russian language (would be an advantage);
Hard-working, responsible, open-minded, communicative;
Result focused and able to work independently;
Driving license (would be an advantage).

Job description:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers;
Coordinate, book, and monitor air freight shipments, ensuring timely delivery;
Monitor and control air freight transportation costs;
Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with carriers and other suppliers;
Prepare and analyze monthly sales and performance reports.
