Mango Insurance is a growing insurance distributor providing innovative insurance solutions across multiple European markets. We are looking for a customer-focused, organized, and motivated colleague to join our team and become the primary point of contact for our Czech-speaking customers and partners.

Where you come in:

Communicate with customers, insurance partners, and service providers in Czech via email and telephone
Handle customer inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, and other insurance-related services
Provide professional, friendly, and solution-oriented customer support
Coordinate communication between customers, partners, and internal teams
Register and maintain customer information and documentation in internal systems
Ensure customer requests are processed accurately and within agreed service standards
Follow established procedures, guidelines, and compliance requirements
Assist customers in resolving issues and finding the best possible solutions
Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes
Contribute to delivering an exceptional service experience to customers and partners

What makes you successful:

You’re fluent in Czech and good in English, with strong communication skills across all channels
You’re confident using Windows and major web browsers and have experience supporting mobile apps (iOS & Android) and cloud-based systems
You have a natural talent for troubleshooting and problem-solving, paired with excellent customer service and phone skills
You listen actively, communicate clearly, and show empathy — creating positive experiences for every user
You’re detail-oriented, quick to learn, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
