About Karlskrona Bilcenter

Karlskrona Bilcenter is an established automotive business in southeastern Sweden, providing vehicle sales, servicing, collision repairs and professional vehicle refinishing. We work with passenger cars, vans and heavy vehicles.

A large part of our paintwork is connected to insurance claims and accident repairs, offering a steady and varied workload in a professional workshop environment.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled Car Painter to join our team and carry out high-quality vehicle refinishing.

Our in-house body repair and preparation teams take care of panel work, sanding, masking and surface preparation, allowing you to focus on what you do best: achieving an excellent paint finish.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Painting prepared passenger cars and body panels following collision repairs
Matching colours and achieving a consistent, high-quality finish
Taking responsibility for painting quality and final visual inspections
Working closely with colleagues to maintain an efficient workshop flow
Occasionally painting vans, trucks and components used in custom truck builds

Who We Are Looking For:

For us, practical painting skills matter more than formal qualifications. Your skills may have been gained professionally or through independent work.

We are looking for someone who is:

Confident using automotive painting equipment and paint systems
Skilled in colour matching and achieving a high-quality finish
Detail-oriented and committed to excellent results
Independent and organised in their work
Comfortable working as part of a team

No formal qualifications or documented work history are required. There are also no specific language requirements.

If you have photos or other examples of your previous painting work, we would be happy to see them.

What We Offer

Stable, full-time employment in Sweden
Competitive pay
Accommodation included
Opportunity to work overtime
Separate bodywork and paint preparation teams, allowing you to focus on painting
Varied projects, primarily involving passenger cars
A professional workshop environment and long-term employment opportunity
