TEAM MANAGER (CLAIMS OPERATIONS) (FRENCH LANGUAGE)
STRATEGIC STAFFING SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL (S3I) with 31 locations in U.S and 7 in Europe is a Supplier of Managed Services, IT solutions & Services and Staffing for many international companies across US and Europe.
Currently our client, financial services company, is expanding their team and are looking for:
- To evaluate and measure compliance with Best Claim, Service and Communication practices through system reporting and file audits.
- To identify development opportunities within the team and provide appropriate training and mentoring resulting in improved performance.
- To ensure assigned team have clear understanding and importance of achieving goals and critical objectives.
- To provide updates and direction to team regarding results versus objectives to ensure continual focus in maintained to achieve desired performance levels.
- To create and foster a service focused environment.
- To plan and manage work of staff, make decisions regarding pay, performance management, development, employment, and staffing.
- To provide authority on cases evaluated within assigned authority levels.
- To escalate and consult with Regional Leadership decisions that may have a broader impact on the relationship with the client.
- Claims adjusting experience.
- Excellent organizations skills with the ability to plan, organize and delegate effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to promote and build a team atmosphere that fosters technical and service excellence.
- Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
- Computer proficiency.
- Prior management, or related leadership, experience.
- Acquiring adjuster licenses or related may be required, depending upon country/jurisdictional requirements.
- Proficiency in French and English is required to qualify for this role.
