Responsibilities:

• Placing, monitoring and closing hedges (both flow and IFRS)
• Updating hedge positions against the project PO and receivables
• Executing foreign currency hedges and SPOT deals
• Bank account management
• Create and update the intercompany netting process including the identification of the maturing hedges FXFLOW & FXIFRS for rollover
• Handling hedges for netting runs
• Report preparation for the IAS39 Hedge accounting 
• Providing ad hoc support with SAP BI and Trezone reports to both management and counterparties.
• Group foreign exchange risk management and reporting
• Monthly legal entity foreign exchange exposure analysis
• Communication with project managers /administrators /sales organization /procurement team /logistics team
• Consulting business units in the financial risk management issues
• Support counterparties in treasury related questions and perform ad hoc analysis.
• Participate in local and global Treasury projects

Requirements:

• Degree in business/economics, finance, accounting or any other related field
• Relevant experience in a similar position
• Knowledge and at best experience with banking, financial products and cash management
• Fluency in English is mandatory, skills in Finnish, Swedish, French, German, Spanish,     Portuguese are an asset 
• Proficiency and willingness in communicating, with goal to identify and solve open issues or make suggestions for long term improvements 
• Initiative and willingness to support team members and Team leader in daily work, ad hoc tasks and projects 
• Experience in Knowledge transfer, Process harmonization projects is an asset 
• Trezone, SAP FICO, Excel and other relevant technical skills 
• Attention to details, analytical skills
• Banking system knowledge 
• Team work abilities
