Get ready to:

Devise and implement business development strategies of ultra-high precision solutions and technologies.
Explore and identify the market of new potential business development opportunities.
Active participation on business networking development and company brand representing to targeted markets.
Build and develop long term relationships with potential customers.
Developing, negotiating, and closing new business agreements by coordinating requirements and specifics of femtosecond laser technology and solutions.
Close collaboration with colleagues from other departments to ensure smooth share of information and agreement implementation.

We expect that you'll bring:

Proven 2 year working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant position in international business environment. Experience in technical solution sales is an advantage.
Excellence at communicating through a variety of channels that require both written and verbal skills.
Passion about creative problem solving for customers and internal teams.
The ability to multitask, be organized and detailed-oriented.
Proactive approach and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
Education in technology and/or engineering.
Fluent in English.

What we offer in return:

Monthly salary from 2500 EUR to 3200 EUR (bruto). The final agreed salary will depend on your experience and competence.
