PEOPLE AND CULTURE PARTNER FOR MOBILEPAY IN VILNIUS

We are a Nordic-based company with HQ in Copenhagen, where you will be joining People & Culture. We are a quite new team with a lot of empowerment to develop and implement the strategic people agenda. The culture in our team is based on trust, flexibility and a high level of freedom that we bring into our everyday interactions in MobilePay.

MobilePay is an app that makes transferring money easier and we currently have 5.8 million users across Denmark, Greenland and Finland. We work to simplify everyday life for our users and business customers. You will thus join forces with different MobilePay teams and become part of an innovative organization that is a frontrunner in the Fintech market.

As a People & Culture Partner, you will help with the implementation of the strategic people agenda while working with a wide range of everyday HR tasks. You will be responsible for most recruiting on-site in Lithuania, being a sparring partner and supporting our hiring managers. Further, you will take on a partner role, where you will be responsible for providing direct and flexible support to leaders of various seniorities, mainly in our Development & Innovation area and work with cross-functional leaders and teams in Lithuania and Denmark. Lastly, you will take up the role as a cultural ambassador and be a key contributor to ensure that our culture and core values always are deeply embedded in MobilePay and the actions we take.

Mission:

We work with a wide range of tasks. Some of your focus areas will be:

• Deliver best end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including assessment, interviewing and on-boarding
• Use different sourcing strategies (e.g., recruitment agencies) to attract the best candidates
• Build a strong talent pipeline for MobilePay mainly within IT profiles (internal & external)
• Act as a trusted sparring partner for hiring managers to identify their staffing needs as well as talent attraction strategies
• Participate in and coordinate local employer branding activities
• Enable our leaders to unleash the people potential and engagement in their areas of responsibility by coaching, sparring and co-driving leadership development activities
• Contribute to the implementation of various local and global projects and join forces together with your colleagues in People & Culture
• Act as a trusted advisor for leaders enabling teams’ development activities and workshops to support business requirements and challenge the status quo

Skills:

• You have a university-level degree within a relevant field and experience with working in Fintech or IT, preferably in a Scandinavian company
• You have experience with recruiting talents within IT and engineering and you are familiar with using assessment tools
• You have a good understanding of business goals and priorities, as well as the ability to translate them into supporting people activities
• You have an open mind-set and persist willingness to learn
• You are okay working in the unknown territory and know that this sometimes is the way to succeed
• Proactive with excellent communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong team-player, offering support and encouragement
• Fluent English (both verbal and written)

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2240 EUR to 3360 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
