● Support the delivery of the ambitious business objectives of the hotel by locally delivering the strategic HR agenda focused on attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining talent, ensuring effective performance management, supporting the organizational design and workforce planning, and ensuring efficient and compliant HR operations.
● Maintain and develop a strong employer brand in the local market and beyond.
● Drive strong colleague engagement through employee communication and creative activities and events, and ensure proactive follow-up on engagement survey results and ongoing feedback, handle staff grievance issues proactively.
● Ensures that corporate and local policies & procedures are communicated and implemented.
● Ensure an efficient and compliant HR administration according to Kempinski standards and local requirements, including supervision of internal payroll services.
● Strong understanding and ability for Training as this will be part of the role to on-board new joiners as well as train specific subjects and skills relevant to luxury hospitality.

● University degree in Human Resources/ Organisational Psychology or Business Laws
● 3+ years in an HR position in the international company
● Deep knowledge of local employment statutes, legal requirements, and compensation issues
● Leadership skills, as a functional leader for HR, engaging with all managers and staff and having a strong impact on organizational culture
● Strong planning and organizational skills
● Effective communication and listening as well as counseling skills
● Fluent Lithuanian and English is a must
● You are passionate, driven, and excited about all things HR and people-related.
● You are tech savvy and comfortable with new technologies, systems and staying up to date with latest industry trends & updates.
