CAPA COORDINATOR

The role will involve systemic problems and major Nonconformities investigation and documentation via CAPA system following established procedures as part of a team. The job will involve a variety of tasks, including define, track, close out corrective actions and assess their effectiveness, and also communication with other departments within the company in order to determine root causes and to plan corrections and corrective/preventive actions. One of the main every day’s task is to maintain CAPA management system records, entering and reviewing appropriate related information in a timely manner, reviewing record status and completion, provide feedback to management and appropriate responsible employees, lead in records handling and facilitate meetings to address quality problems and improvements questions.

• Higher university education;
• Documentation/correspondence writing and verbal communication skills in English
• Verbal and writing communication skills in Lithuanian
• Good interpersonal skills and flexibility to work as part of a team
• High level of accuracy and attention to details
• Analytical thinking – as well as identifying when there is an issue, part of the role can be to suggest why there might be an issue and potential solutions.
• Computer knowledge: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
• Proactivity and ability to learn

PREFERRED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE:
• Job experience in quality area, investigation of non-conformities;
• Industrial experience
• Knowledge of quality management standards
• A degree level qualification or general understanding in a technical subject
• Problem solving skills
