Your responsibilities on the level of Baltics will include:
- Leading PEPCO Marketing team
- Ensuring implementation of PEPCO promotional calendar
- Managing Marketing budget
- Evaluating effectiveness of promotional campaigns
- Ensuring online communication channels are managed effectively
- Managing Corporate communication
- Supervising implementation of CSR projects
- Organizing market research when necessary
- Supporting Crisis Management activities and procedures
- Supervising store opening events and POS material adaptation
If you have at least:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics / Communication
- Advanced English language skills and solid Lithuanian language grammar skills
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in Marketing field (experience in Retail Marketing - advantage)
- Solid Microsoft Office skills
