As an APN Specialist, you will work with dashboards and build reports for the key stakeholder on the performance of the APN Product, including a comprehensive view of the health of the Product by Partner.

You will monitor the APN Product across the globe and perform analysis on key trends and outages of service, understanding past, current and future trends and identifying improvement opportunities across the product. (system, process, people) Upon identifying an incident, you will escalate it to the respective Internal teams, support troubleshooting sessions and collect the root cause analysis report. You will log/track/manage incidents to ensure they are properly escalated and are closed within the expected SLAs.

You will also support the APN Team on the regular meetings with APN Partners across the globe to identify/resolve key pain points and recommend product solutions to enhance the customer experience and optimize the end-to-end operational process.

Annual base salary gross: 14,100 – 24,1716 EUR

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
