Website Content Team Lead

My name is Valdas Babravičius and I am leading the Online Sales team.  We are a diverse team of strong and energetic leaders, passionate about our customers, technology and Telia. We are looking for a new team member, responsible for Website Content Team.

Your next challenge?

Your main responsibility and challenge will be to manage smooth flow of information among departments in order website content would match with ongoing activities.

Work with peers and other business units (digitalization, commerce, marketing teams) to identify customers and business needs to ensure online sales growth and splendid customer experience.

You are proactive, result oriented and always hungry for more. You have excellent project management, communication, planning and prioritizing skills.

You were successful in managing website content for multiple websites in several languages while using different CMS solutions.

• Strong work ethic, engaged team member with high degree of professionalism
• Able to work in a team and collaborate with a diverse group of colleagues and managers
• Stay cool in stressful situations

Your Experience:

• Demonstrated know-how and set of skills in managing consistency between website content and ongoing activities to ensure commercial performance
• Technical know-how to set requirements for future needs (CMS features to be developed etc.)
• Ability to lead team and set priorities in very dynamic environment
• Basic knowledge about Customer Journey, User Experience and SEO is familiar and you will know what can't be skipped while managing content
• Speak and write fluent in Lithuanian and English languages

Working in this position you will receive a base salary 3400-4300  Eur (gross) plus annual/quarterly bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
