You are:

Creative, self-driven, and able to own projects from beginning to end. You have a clear, data-based, well-established voice when it comes to hiring talent - and you love what you do. You’re business-oriented, data-driven, interested in the world of technology, and have a sense of urgency. Strong conversational English is a must.

As a Talent Center Coordinator, you will: 

• Be responsible for our candidates’ experience along their journey from application to hiring

• Manage projects in a super fast-paced environment

• Review applicant CVs and identify talents that would be a match for Wix

• Assist in the recruitment and interview process, arrange interviews and inform candidates about their next steps

• Maintain the recruitment applicant tracking system, ensuring information is up-to-date for all open positions

• Post and remove role adverts to websites, job boards and internal sites

• Create a unique, memorable experience for candidates, while being an ambassador of our culture and mission

• Own your data and use it to drive improvements in the recruitment process

• Update HRIS and other internal HR databases
