Digitas Baltics part of Publicis media is looking for young and ambitious specialist, who’s ready to learn and master all the most popular precision buying platforms: Google Ads, Google DV360, Facebook Ads and more.
What to do:
Your daily work will consist of but not limited to:
• Media planning - media plan is how we document roadmap to conquering the world. You must know how to read it and activate the campaign accordingly.
• Digital media buying – bringing the plan to life. Smooth execution takes discipline and persistence. You’ll be dealing with direct publisher buys and biddable platforms DV360, Facebook Ads, Google Ads.
• Reporting – achieved a success? It’s time to tell everyone about it and prove it with numbers. Ability to pull and aggregate data from different sources – ad serving and web analytics platforms – would be in hand. Connecting the dots, explaining how to do even better next time – that’s essential for our clients’ growth.
What it takes:
• Good with numbers and comfortable with Excel.
• Passion to learning and implementing new tools and approaches.
• High level of self-organization, ability to switch fast between tasks, time management skills.
• Positive attitude to problem solving.
• Hands-on experience with self-service biddable platforms and/or certifications from Google/Facebook would be a big plus.
• English – upper intermediate or higher.

• Gross salary range from 1500 to 1900 EUR depends on interview and probation period results.

Probation period and expected results:
During the probation of maximum 3 months (may be ended earlier) familiarize with the key buying and reporting tools, be able to set-up and launch campaign by your own.
