Responsibilities:
- To ensure the implementation of and compliance with the mandatory legislation of occupational health, safety and fire safety together with the requirements applicable in the ISS group;
- Advise clients and colleagues on occupational health, safety and fire safety topics;
- Instruct employees, organize employee health, safety and fire safety training, evacuation exercises;
- Organize and implement measures for the prevention of accidents and occupational diseases, to investigate accidents;
- Prepare and update occupational health and safety documentation, prepare reports on the achieved results;
- Propose and implement innovations and examples of good practice in order to optimize the work of the occupational health and safety department.
Requirements:
- Higher education in technical sciences, engineering, public health, or related field;
- 2+ years experience in a similar position;
- Valid certificate of health and safety specialist;
- Strong communication skills;
- Eagerness to constantly learn new things in health and safety;
- Attention to details;
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools;
- Excellent English language skills, Russian language knowledge – advantage;
- Experience in an international company would be an advantage;
- Drivers licence.
