Head of Commercial Department (CCO) to work in KAUNAS,
who will lead a team of 10 members in 3 departments: pricing, sales and purchasing, will have a full responsibility for all aspects of commercial operations (sales operations, pricing, purchasing) and will shape the future commercial strategy for scaling in large B2B, SME, e-commerce, retail client-side markets.
Responsibilities:
• Strategic management of the company’s commercial department;
• Development of cooperation with the company’s strategic partners (both suppliers and clients all over the world);
• Searching for new supply partners and building long-lasting relationships with strategic suppliers;
• Leading the team, organizing effective work, team-building and education;
• Setting long-term and short-term goals, KPIs, developing motivational system for the department;
• Developing product assortment strategy and pricing policy management;
• Providing strategic control of optimum stocks of the goods;
Requirements
• Higher university education in business, economics, marketing or management;
• Successful management experience in the wholesale and/ or retail sector (preferably in the Beauty or FMCG area);
• Experience of international trading, business relations and product pricing;
• At least 5 years of leadership and team management, experience;
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities;
• Initiative, result orientation, ability to make decisions independently;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English languages (Russian or any other language would be an advantage);
