We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to oversee all aspects of the best talent experience in our team. You would be a work fellow for Monika, Ingrida, Inga and Simona - A TEAM that hires the best talents, ensures that the team feels incredible and help them succeed. We have ambitious growth plans, which is why there will be a lot of focus on talent acquisition and relationships with candidates building. Still, apart from that, you’ll have a chance to work with onboarding, learning and culture-related initiatives if interested.

Who is Talent Acquisition Partner?

This means that your duties will involve managing activities such as recruitment, talent management, training & development, employee relations. What you’ll be doing:

Diving deep into our Culture, Recruiting, Employee Branding trends;
Cooperating with other teams throughout the recruitment process;
Searching and identifying potential Talents via headhunting, networking, and proactive search;
Owning a full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening calls, interviews;
Ensuring highest-quality Candidate Experience;
Addressing employee needs, challenges, or other issues;
Nurture a positive working environment

You have 3+ years of proven work experience as a recruiter (IT field would be an advantage);
You are passionate about finding and attracting best talents;

You constantly learn and always seek to improve yourself and others, you inspire them with your thirst for excellence;

You are fluent in English and Lithuanian;
Gross salary starting from 2100 Eur/month (depends on your experience);
