Currently we are looking for a O365 Support administrator for a project with our foreign client. The client is a huge corporation operating in more than 160 countries globally. The fundamental purpose of this role is to focus on technical management of services developed and deployed in the Managed Technology Services environment.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrating core network and business services across a range of platforms and technologies:

  •  Resolving tickets as they are escalated to our team.
  • Installating, configurating, operating and maintaining systems and software.
  • Operating in accordance with ITSM standards.
  • Ensuring business continuity through effective and efficient backup and recovery methodologies of core 365 services.
  • Proactively monitoring services.
  • Proactively managing IaaS, PaaS and SaaS services including patching and upgrading of applications and operating systems, application delivery, and problem remediation.
  • Participating in the projects that change existing services, establish new services or retire services from an operational implementation and support perspective.
  • Provide customer service management in addition to general duties and contribution to team objective

Communication:

  • Communicating effectively with both internal and external resources (internal team, key vendors, contractors, member firms).

Automation of common procedures used to resolve Incidents, problems, and Change Requests:

  • Standardisation and documentation of common procedures that cannot be easily automated, for execution by other resources or teams.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years of commercial IT experience in enterprise infrastructure implementation and administration.
  • 3 or more years of experience using IT Service Management systems, delivering services and support to defined service levels and adherence to formal change management processes Knowledge of ITIL or other framework.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft communication, workplace management and security technologies (SharePoint Online, Intune, O365 Defender, Azure AD, PowerShell).
  • Effective demonstration of leadership, teamwork, problem solving, initiative and integrity.
    Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; technical writing experience preferred.
