In this role you will:
- Prepare factoring, leasing and loan contracts (under approved templates, and alongside any related contractual documentation) – insert correct data and apply correct templates;
- Provide assistance to the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Operations Officer with daily operations tasks;
- Ensure that internal contract related queries are handled effectively and efficiently;
- Communicate with sales colleagues.
Requirements:
- Degree in law, or hybrid degree with law or 3rd – 5th year law student;
- Any previous document drafting experience is an advantage;
- Fluent in spoken and written professional Lithuanian and English;
- IT literacy, proficient with MS Office suite applications.
