About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner Team Lead who can coach other product owners and act as our customer's voice in the Scrum team.

With us, you will:

  • Lead a team of junior product owners in the implementation of PO best practices
  • Work with end users to become a subject matter expert
  • Advocate for the customer, providing vision and direction to the Scrum team
  • Team with Product Management to create new valuable market driven features
  • Work with designers to ensure a high level user experience is delivered
  • Plan and prioritize the product feature backlog
  • Partner with the Scrum master to plan sprints and elaborate user stories
  • Set expectations for delivery of new functionalities as part of release planning
  • Mitigate issues to ensure successful team completion of release timelines & goals
  • Track industry trends
  • Stay abreast of Agile/Scrum best practices

We expect:

  • 5+ years of software product ownership/management experience
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant work experience
  • Experience working in agile software development environments.  You should understand the Agile process, including user story creation and refinement, writing acceptance criteria, sprint planning, QA and various scrum ceremonies
  • A natural leader, skilled communicator, and uniter of people towards a shared goal
  • Creative thinker with vision
  • An analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision making

Nice to have experience:

  • in eCommerce and/or retail fintech space
  • with JIRA, Confluence
  • with cloud based enterprise solutions
  • team or special project leadership
  • relevant industry as a cashier, waiter, cook, store manager in the food service or retail industries

Salary

  • Salary ranges from 4000.00 to 5600.00 € gross
