Job description
•Ensure that services and products contracted from other organizations for ground and cargo operations meet standards;
•Ensure that the ground services provided (including departure and arrival services in all stations) meet the expectations of the company;
•Liaison with all relevant airports, Ground Handlers with full support;
•Undertaking of station visits and relevant audits/inspections/trainings as well as follow up on outstanding items as Air Safety reports, mystery passenger report, audit findings and other findings within the confines of Ground Operations processes;
•Preparation, full support for ground handling suppliers regarding new stations readiness for operations;
•KPI’s track for charter stations, preventive and corrective actions preparation and implementation;
•Full support for the clients on new ACMI programs regarding ground operations scope: information collection for base briefing, procedures comparison, station opening;
•Identify and report any hazards, safety and security issues, mismatches in company procedures and deviations from company procedures using established company reporting system.
Requirements
•2 years working experience in aviation, Ground Handling, (Passenger handling or Ramp Handling);
•Fluency in English, verbal and written, additional languages will be considered as an advantage;
•Knowledge and understanding of IATA, ICAO and EASA requirements for ground and cargo operations activities would be considered as an advantage;
•Knowledge of DCS iPort would be considered as an advantage;
•Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail;
•Good level of computer skills.
