Director of Creative Studio

We're looking for an experienced and results driven project manager that would lead our Creative Studio which works as an internal agency within Omnisend. In this role you'll make sure that Studio facilitates all teams that have any creative needs as well as will ensure the consistency of our brand.

What you’ll do @ Omnisend:

• Manage a small but growing team of creatives - designers and copywriters (inhouse and outsourced)
• Facilitate and work closely with Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Operations, Product and other teams in the company to ensure the timely delivery of all the necessary content assets
• Prioritize incoming projects and tasks from the entire organization to ensure a smooth process of delivering necessary assets
• Foresee and plan the necessary resources for project implementation
• Own the projects that are purely focused on creative content or design until completion
• Ensure the quality of all the deliverables and that they meet Omnisend’s brand guidelines
• Identify new types of content that are engaging for our audience and introduce them to relevant teams

We expect that you’ll bring:

• 3+ years of project management experience working with creatives, preferably in an agency environment
• Proven track record managing projects with many stakeholders involved, and delivering desired results
• Comfortable working with different projects at the same time
• Strong planning and time management skills
• Experience managing people who are working both in-house and remotely
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Fluent in English
