Chief Accountant

Job information

• Prepare year-end closing and reporting activities under local GAAP
• Prepare month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing and reporting activities under IFRS
• Local and Group tax return review, reconciliation and reporting activities
• Oversee month-end closing responsibilities
• Assist in inventory control and inventory adjustments
• Manage and prepare all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Payroll, Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
• Develop and implement internal accounting controls
• Help implement process improvement and procedures
• Manage the company’s treasury and cash flow
• Communicate with auditors, relevant authorities and corporate headquarters

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience as a Chief accountant
• Business proficient English skills, written and spoken
• Russian skills would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of BAS, IFRS would be considered an advantage
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem solving approach
