Job description:
- Builds and develops enduring peer-to-peer relationships with professionals and institutions;
- Supports as Medical Advisor the review of promotional materials, of regulatory documents;
- Medical Training of internal employees (e.g. field force);
- Ensuring alignment with internal and external country strategies collaborating with other teams;
- Provides leadership and fosters a community of practice within Baltics Hospital Medical Affairs and takes accountability for the compliance of medical affairs operations in Hospital;
- Represents company to external stakeholders for Hospital medical topics across Baltic countries, develops relationships within healthcare/biotech sector;
- Collaborates with local medical associations, societies, academic medical centers and industry associations;
- In partnership with Regulatory Affairs represents company in interactions with local regulatory authorities as appropiate.
Requirements:
- Medical Doctor education and clinical/patient experience;
- A solid industry experience or solid management in any health care sector;
- Comprehensive understanding of the international heatlhcare environment;
- Excellent knowledge of relevant International Codes of Practice, guidelines and regulations;
- A good understanding of the Baltic health environment including its structure, policy, key members and scientific societies;
- Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacovigilance and regulatory legislation and the drug development process;
- Fluency in business English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to analyze, define and convey complex concepts and strategies and to communicate these to demanding external and internal customers;
- Excellent strategic skills.
