Business Development Analyst

Job information

• Analyze and interpret business and user requirements into functional requirements and specifications that have an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by the development implementation and testing teams
• Interact with global business stakeholders, conduct analysis and document business processes, functions, capabilities, requirements, etc.
• Support project managers to ensure key deliverables are met in an accurate timely manner assisting in the troubleshooting of problems and issues; make recommendations and provide alternative solutions when it applies
• Assist support engineers with critical issues that have been escalated.
• Work with and through all team members e.g. Business Owners, Project manager, other Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Developers, QA to ensure key deliverables are met in an accurate timely manner within budget and adhering to Quality process
• Proactively work with product Development to have a clear understanding of the product integration/configuration documentation requirements
• Identify ways to break down and simplify complex processes and information into logical steps
• Collaborate with team members during design and development of products

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with team members and customers
• Microsoft Visio or similar tool knowledge coupled with excellent analytical skills
• 2 or more years of experience in business development analysis
• Translate and simplify requirements
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to approach a problem logically and systematically
• Assist support engineers with critical issues that have been escalated
• Demonstrated ability to gather feedback from customers and incorporate to improve the final product
• Verify that the implemented solution meets the requirements
• Very good English skills
