Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Occupational Health and Safety topic across PEPCO Baltic
- Cooperating with external H&S service providers to ensure PEPCO compliance
- Raise awareness and competencies of H&S across the organization
- Educate the organization on the mental wellbeing topic and promote it
- Actively implementing and controlling COVID-19 preventive measures across the organization
- Creating, implementing, updating and controlling the compliance of H&S policies and procedures, escalating issues of it to the Management and proposing solutions
- Building and implementing H&S process in close cooperation with internal departments
- Ensuring and taking part in employee mandatory and optional H&S trainings
- Supporting H&S service providers in investigating work accidents
- Consulting Store & Head Office teams on questions related to H&S
- Ensuring efficient H&S audits' and other related data reporting
If you:
- Are enthusiastic about Occupation Health and Safety topic
- Have a higher education or university degree
- Have work experience in Occupational H&S field
- Have the knowledge of Occupational H&S legal requirements in Lithuania
- Are using spoken and written English in advanced level
