ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Now we are seeking proactive, ambitious, and hard-working Accounting Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team here in Vilnius!

Responsibilities:
- Providing support to the Accounting Department;
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, dealing with invoices, processing the mail, etc.;
- Invoices & receipts allocation to project & analysis;
- Financial & statistics analysis & reporting;
- Weekly & monthly expenses data preparation;
- Support team with payment, accounting, billing-related matters;
- Close collaboration with Producer and Financial Manager;
- Keep the Accounting Department running smoothly, ensuring everything is efficiently organised and details are thoroughly checked.

Requirements:
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially MS Excel;
- Good analytical and computer skills in spreadsheets and databases;
- Be thorough, accurate, and honest with good bookkeeping skills;
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately;
- Flexible and ‘can do’ attitude according to role and duties;
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
