As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for a wide scope of financial advice and analytical tasks. You will be monitoring performance and executing internal controls on the project level and will play a significant role in planning/budgeting, costs control and financial modelling. With that you will be part of internal finance function which covers finance support for EY Baltic practices in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
Your key responsibilities (two main areas)
Control project financials:
- Analyse project related financials and perform project controlling activities (follow up on project work in progress and estimates to complete)
- Prioritize tasks of detective controls and supervise work performed by MBAs (project control function in shared service centre)
- Identify risks and actively contribute to mitigation, proposing corrective financial actions
- Conduct continues dialogue with Project Managers on engagement metrics
Control business financial performance:
- Actively participate in annual planning and forecasting process, review, aggregate and analyze information submitted by budget owners
- Review financial results against budgets and historical performance, and ensure that any unusual or weak performance is identified and challenged
- Control the direct costs and overheads, including monthly variance analysis and commentary
- Prepare various monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports and analytics on financial performance and areas of concerns

To qualify for the role you must have:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a financial role,
- High proficiency in analytical, data gathering and visualization skills
- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- High level of spoken and written Lithuanian and English
Ideally, you’ll also have

Salary: 2200 – 3200 EUR gross
