Job Description

• Provide diesel fuel purchase optimization strategies for a large fleet of trucks
• Create and implement incentives that would motivate drivers to save fuel while driving
• Communicate with the drivers to provide feedback on their performance
• Negotiate fuel pricing contracts with fuel vendors
• Analyze rebate contracts with various fueling station networks and audit weekly/monthly fuel expense
• Review and file monthly/quarterly fuel tax reports to the government
• Assist in forecasting financial measurements related to fuel
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements for the candidates

• Excellent written and spoken English
• An extraverted personality, excellent communicator
• Ability to negotiate and influence others
• Very strong analytical thinking is a must
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (primarily Excel)
• Ability to sort through large amounts of data, summarize and present it in a simplified form
• Must be a self-starter, able to set and achieve goals
• Work experience in Analytical/ relevant position (including result presentation and influencing others towards the work efficiency)
• Experience in Logistics/Transportation field would be an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics or similar fields would be an advantage.
