IT INFRASTRUCTURE TEAM LEAD

We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead who has a deep understanding of technologies, has enough essential skills and abilities to effectively lead a team and collaborate with others.

Requirements 

Higher university technical education
Experience of similar work
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent relationship management and communication skills
Good English and Russian language skills

Knowledge of technologies:

Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS) planning and design
Microsoft 365 services planning and design
Office 365 services planning and design
Windows Server Active Directory Planning and Design
System Center infrastructure planning and design
Windows Server infrastructure planning and design

Leading a team of IT administrators (5-10 professionals)
Analysis of customers' business needs and preparation of the corresponding architecture
Coordinating the architecture of specialized solutions
Infrastructure maintenance processes
Migrations
Preparation of documents and proposals
Ongoing project management
Preparation of project (including licensing) estimates
Team competency management
Balancing team loads
Daily work plans and projects scheduling
Team budget planning
