HR Manager (VIP airlines)

One of our group European business aviation company, specializing in comprehensive aircraft management solutions as well as private and corporate charter flights is looking for a new Family member to join our HR team in main company office located in Vilnius!

You will focus on implementing and developing HR processes that meets short-term priorities whilst focusing on long-term business objectives. One of your missions - collaborate with company managers on all employee related matters’, including but not limited to: talent acquisition, on boarding, performance progress dialogs, development and career growth. We also hope that you pay attention to the well-being and engagement of an amazing team of young professionals.

Finally yet importantly – with the help of corporate team, we expect you carry out group HR initiatives.

To join our global family you must have:

• Experience working with international teams and in matrix organizations;
• Ability to build relationships and connect with people
• Ownership, good communication skills, positive and “can do” attitude
• At least 5-year experience as HR generalist or relevant position
• Internal motivation to achieve the highest results;
• Communication skills in both Lithuanian and English
• MS Office proficient user skills.
