The financial sector is moving in a direction where automation of processes has become more needed than ever and increases the demand for new clever solutions to problems.

Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) democratizes and delivers intelligent & tactical automation that saves costs for the bank and improves quality, compliance, and delivery speed. We are looking for motivated, structured, and diligent problem solvers to learn and work with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA), Scripts, OCR.

We are looking for skilled people to join our team. Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

Skills

We expect:

experience in designing and deploying automation solutions (UiPath would be a benefit)
practical experience with coding (C#, Python, Visual Basic)
basic knowledge of SQL, Regex, HTML, Javascript
analytical thinking
positive attitude and motivation to learn
structured approach and focus on quality
good English language skills
teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills
adaptability to change
willingness to actively take ownership and do drive tasks through to a successful conclusion
experience working with APIs, Webservices, Databases (would be a benefit)

Mission

You will:

improve and automate business processes by creating virtual robots
create new automation solutions (robots and scripts) and maintain existing ones
be responsible for the end-to-end development process
collaborate with various stakeholders within an
organization
work closely with peers in Agile Scrum team (Tribes)
work in an international and multicultural team
adapt best practices of development process and shape work environment
have fun and work with motivated and skilled people (e.g. hackathons, team buildings, foosball, PlayStation tournaments)

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
