We are looking for a new team member who is keen on efficiently handling Business Controls delivery high-quality results on time, and continuously improve in daily work

You will join the area, focusing on an innovative, agile, and truly customer-centric culture. As a Specialist, you will support Custodian Billing, reconciliations, and other administrative tasks

Daily, you will keep in close collaboration with customers, stakeholders, and the largest counterparties across the world. You will maintain process quality and continuously look for ways to improve our daily processes

Skills

  • Experience in reconciliation and/or settlement processes
  • Knowledge of financial markets products
  • Experience in invoicing process and/or Legal field could be an advantage
  • Higher education
  • Data-driven, experienced in problem-solving, and proactively searching for the solution with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to cope with large volumes of complex tasks
  • Skills in communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Mission

  • Handling/processing invoices of Securities Lending products, ensuring timely delivery and communication with other banks, including Front Office
  • Handling/processing invoices issued by Custody Banks, ensuring the correct distribution of charges, payments, data collection, and reporting
  • Analysing Legal agreements for Collateral products and ensuring correctness in their registrations at Bank‘s internal systems
  • Other Back office tasks including monitoring, controlling and reporting breaks, mismatches in Bank‘s internal systems
  • Daily communication with different stakeholders within the bank, external counterparties, and custodian banks all over the world
  • Close collaboration within other teams in the bank
  • Proactive and continuous improvement of the service
  • Automatization of processes

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 1400 EUR to 2100 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
