FuturePros programme is dedicated to students, recent graduates, or reskilled specialists. We want you to develop professionally and grow with us. Therefore you will start with actual real-life projects from the very first day, guided by senior colleagues.

Skills
- You are persistent (“No” doesn’t mean “No” all the time) and have a passion for finding and attracting top talents
- You are data-driven, and formula=IF(A2>=3, “Yes”, “No”) doesn’t scare you. (Excel knowledge will be considered as a strong advantage)
- You have some experience related to proactive digital sourcing or talent acquisition (advantage)
- You get energized by building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders (and candidates)
- You have a strong sense of ownership and a “nothing is impossible” attitude
- You are eager to learn and have a hunger for new information
- Uncertainty drives you only further
- You are fluent in English and Lithuanian (both verbal and written)
Mission
Right from the beginning, you will be assigned with separate areas of responsibility in Talent Acquisition field.
To develop your skills faster, you will partner closely with Talent Acquisition Consultants and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop strategies for engaging passive talents in Lithuania. You will be focusing on finding, targeting, and approaching the best profiles, making Danske Bank stand out from the crowd by using various channels (Linkedin and other professional platforms), and writing engaging messages that excite and attract top talents.
Next to this, you will also be involved in data-related tasks, including monthly / bi-monthly recruitment dashboards creation, various Talent acquisition reporting, and data tracking activities. Also, you will be taking part in a mixture of short and long-term projects aimed at increasing the quality of hire and become a crucial member of the Talent Acquisition Team and wider HR department.
You will take part in a number of training activities and meetups exceptionally planned for FuturePros participants.

You will work under a temporary 1-year job contract (with a possibility to prolong it to 2 years) as a Student with the opportunity to develop your career further within Danske Bank.
